Our story begins in 1998 when we had a dream, a strong will, perseverance, and a vision to move and grow. We started the first steps with the opening of a coffee bar in Osječka Street in Split to open three more business units in the center of the city, in its historical core, four years later. In 2004, we expanded the focus of our work and decided to meet gourmet food lovers and open the first bar restaurant at Split.Nine years after the launch of the first bar, we started to spread beyond the borders of Split. For starters, we opened Biberon Food Bar and Biberon Caffe Mercator (at the very entrance to Split), so that we will then transfer the story to Caffe Metković and Caffe Zadar.
